A Blessed Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend spending time with my family! Two weeks ago we found out that my mother has breast cancer. This past Friday she had surgery and the Lord blessed us with a smooth surgery and she is doing well. As we know there is more to fight in this battle we praise Him for a successful surgery! My mother has walked this with faith, hope and God's strength.

We will continue to lean on God's faithfulness, hope and strength as we fight this battle. 

We were excited to fish with my brother! We got up early and headed out. It was a relaxing and fun time to be out on the lake. I was so excited b/c I caught 2 fish. Last time I went fishing with my brother I didn't catch a thing. Todd did great with fly fishing and my brother caught the biggest fish of the day! We can't wait to go again!

Trust

Our Honeymoon!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time on our honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our condo was right on the beach. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, laying out at the beach, taking walks on the beach, shopping and going out for dinner every evening! 

We enjoyed dinner at Yamato Steak House and Hibachi! It was very tasty! 

We took relaxing walks on the beach in the mornings and evenings.

We had a nice and romantic dinner at The Melting Pot!

We're MARRIED! 

Can't go to the beach without enjoying some Crab legs! 

The last weekend we were there Todd surprised me and took me to Charleston, SC. He knows his wife! I loved the cobble stone streets, window boxes, the houses, the cute downtown, and the historic hotel we stayed in.
